Welcome to Collective Cheers Tap Co.! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.collectivecheers.com and any services provided by Collective Cheers Tap Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or booking services with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services Overview

Collective Cheers Tap Co. provides mobile bartending services, event bar rentals, and related coordination for private events, weddings, and corporate functions. Services are offered based on availability and subject to approval through a formal quote or agreement.

We do not sell or supply alcohol directly. We provide guidance on alcohol procurement and offer optional coordination support via third-party services.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of your total quote) is required to reserve your event date.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 90+ days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 61–89 days may receive a 50% refund (minus admin fee).
Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed at no additional fee, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

As the client, you agree to:

Ensure event access, setup space, and required utilities (e.g., electricity) are available and operational
Provide accurate information regarding guest count, timing, and venue
Procure alcohol in accordance with Florida law (unless coordinated through a third party)
Comply with all venue regulations and local ordinances related to alcohol service and event conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

5. Liability & Insurance

Collective Cheers Tap Co. carries general and liquor liability insurance. However, we are not liable for:

Damages or injuries resulting from excessive consumption
Lost or stolen items at your event
Delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, emergencies, venue restrictions)

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Copy or redistribute site content without permission

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of Collective Cheers Tap Co. and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

7. Text Messaging

By submitting your phone number on our website or booking forms, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding service updates or marketing. Message frequency may vary. 8. Modifications
